Isaac's tsv....

i ordered the tsv at 1215am.....i keep checking on the order, and all of a sudden 2 of the 3 i ordered says "back order" as the status.....so i write customer service. they write me back and tell me they have no information as to what happened, if the merchandise will come in. nothing.....anybody else have this happen??
